I have been coming to this location for several years because Brittany has been an awesome stylist. She recently left but that didn't stop me from going back. I took my grandson there today to get his hair cut. I checked in through the App while sitting in my car. It said that the wait was 27 minutes. The instructions said to let them know that we were there so that's what we did. When I opened the door, I only saw one stylist working on a customer and 3 customers waiting. The stylist approached me and confirmed that she saw my grandson's name. We stepped outside to wait. After 15 minutes, we peeked inside and saw 2 customers remaining and that another stylist had decided to to join the other one. We went back outside and waited for another 10 minutes. We continued to periodically check the board to see what the remaining time was. It showed 21 minutes and we had already been there for 45 minutes. Finally, when the board said 10 minutes, we walked inside. The 2nd stylist was finishing up with a customer. She walked to the register like she was on her death bed. A horrible attitude was written all over her face. The board finally said "On Deck" for the approximate wait time for my grandson. The stylist went back to her chair and vacuumed up the hair off the floor. No cleaning the area took place. The she walked to the back and I just assumed she was retrieving cleaning products. My grandson and I stood in the lobby for several minutes waiting on her to come back out. She never did! She left us there and never said a word! The 1st stylist was still working on her customer. I finally walked up to the 1st stylist and told her that we were leaving! She looked funny and I said "well, apparently she doesn't plan to come back out! We have been here for one hour and it is a complete and total waste of my time!" How rude and unprofessional this lady was. We were there from 4:50 pm until 5:50 pm on March 23, 2021. The the owners of this location, it would be in your best interest to talk to this employee or replace her. She just lost our business and there will be more from what I saw today!

Worst experience we have had. Signed in to wait for a haircut. Waited 20 minutes while the staff was having a meeting in back while 3 people were “on deck” waiting for a stylist. We shared we were waiting and only got “sorry. We are having a meeting”. We will not be returning after being a customer for a while.

Rea did an amazing job on my hair. She was friendly, funny and made the experience positive! Will be going back to her for sure!
